Installation was very smooth on a Pi4-4. Attempt to update says “This PC can’t run Windows 10”

Hi @geev03 , Can you please describe how to install the win64 on pi4B 2GB ram, I have followed instructions, disabled 3GB boot, but I got stuck on boot saying “Getting things ready” before that there were messages like “Starting services”…
