Windows freezes at select keyboard screen, using WoA

I had the same problem using windows build 1809. Try installing build 1709 instead.

What Core Package version did you use?

I used the new WOA Deployer, and it automatically downloads the newest core packages.

1709 solved the problem. I used WOA-Deployer as well.

Page filing or your boot delay needs turned off temporarily.Is it your first installs?If so the restart script can be broken sometimes,when the screen turns black,power the pi on and off manually.Do it before the screen turns blue.As soon as it restarts,let it go.Should be all normal from then on.
