Nomally WoA Deployer (or WoA Installer) is very slow on the last two percent. This actually seems like system file corruption (it could be that DISM was somehow modified from a system update, but the update was aborted) from this article. Maybe open a terminal as administrator and type “sfc /scannow” and your system will scan itself and attempt to fix them. If you get the message “There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again.” then it could be either an update pending or system repair pending that you should reboot to do. Also, you could try just doing a system update. If you are a Windows Insider (ignore if you don’t know what that is) then there’s been a number of errors with DISM. There’s not much you can do if that’s your problem, maybe speed up your Insider speed.

Thank you very much for your help.
I still have the same troubles after making sfc /scannow and updating.
I will try with another PC.

Looks like your missing a few things here.Try to install with WoR64 instead. If you got questions or need help.Just ask!
