Does anyone know if 1909 has been released for ARM? When I downloaded from the UUP sites the files were from 1903 - winver also returns 1903.
If you check the ISO you should see a date of March 2019 = 1903 instead of 1909.
Shouldn’t it be available at windows updates soon?
Update: The ARM ISO now has the right files.
