Where is explorer.exe

In Windows 10 ver.17134 idont have explorer.
Where its, i need help.

If windows is running, you have explorer. If it isn’t running, hit ctrl alt delete and go to your task manager. Click on new task and type in “explorer” - it should now be running.

If it still won’t start after that try running cmd prompt as admin from task manager and type
explorer.exe
