HDMI -> Benq 21.5 inches monitor does not show anything

Hi

I recently flashed a Win 10 for ARM image to a 32gb MicroSD Card. But when I turn on the Raspberry pi device- the monitor simply says no signal.

What am I doing wrong here? Is there some manual config required (like in Raspbian)? Because I could not find something like that myself.

Or is this a driver problem with the monitor model? Should I swap it with another monitor?
