So I had VS installed then deleted it after a few problems with it hanging up.I could access developer options before the last uninstall.Now its not working,I have tried to go through shell and regedit with no luck.Anyone else have this issue?I was working on windows Bash if that helps.But I never got that far.I would like to fix this,if not will start over.I’m using Build 180914-1434.Thanks for any help
